For this last week of Apr. 2019 - we chose as our YouTube Video of the Week - an old upload by the producer 21031903 specializing in old Russian ballads and Tangos - which he posted on March 22 - 2008 - titled "Ya Ehala Domoy" - an old Russian Ballad - that roughly translates from Russian as - "I Was Travelling Home".
This performance was done in 1992 concert when Boyanova was close to eighty and looking old - however - she sounds mesmerizing due to her mastery of phrasing. One could listen to her forever - her low alto (my favorite range for ballads) - sounds like silk. This piece is not clearly credited - however Boyanova sang many famous Tangos by a Russian/Latvian "Tango King" - Oscar Strok when she was young and totally glorious looking for many, many years.
The viewers' comments are extremely positive with one exception of a "garden variety" nasty hater - who was promptly removed from the comments' section - unfortunately - not removed permanently or temporarily from YouTube like the Twitter does. I - especially - like a brief comment in which one viewer simply said "Respect!!!"
In this video - Boyanova generously introduces her accomplished accompanist/pianist Victor Friedman - before her performance. It's not easy to be a good accompanist in terms of not upstaging the vocal soloist - but to enhance their performance. The audiences loved her - even in her old age. She died - approximately - seventeen years after this performance at the age of ninety-seven - in 2011.

Our YouTube Vid of the Week Selection: "Candace Owens Will No Longer Back Down."
For our choice of YouTube Video of the Week for this coming Easter and Passover 2019 week - we chose a short in length, lasting only one and a half minute video/political commentary uploaded by a website called "Let's Be Frank" - on Apr. 17 - 2019 - which is gaining a lot of new followers. The website producer named Frank reads his political commentaries - doing a good job of his presentations. He improved a lot during the last few months with his good looks of an early middle aged Latino - helping his presentation quite a bit.
The feature which we are highlighting this week titled "Candace Owens Will No Longer Back Down" - presents an African American youthful icon - a beautiful young woman - a gifted speaker - Candace Owens - giving her short but effective recent commentary - to Sean Hannity - an established legend/commentator who - currently - has more than five hundred radio stations broadcasting his radio show while his TV show gets more audiences than CNN, MSNBC and other Leftists' political "mouthpieces" - combined.
The viewers' comments under this video are super inspiring, sincerely complementary and encouraging to Candace Owens since she experiences daily - insults and vicious attacks from the extreme Left, Antifa anarchists and other political thugs.
In any event - all of us will have a super good Easter or Passover weekend - whichever applies. Thanks for clicking our YouTube channel tango 3721! Our Choice of YouTube Vid of the Week - Fri. Apr. 12 - 19 till Fri. Apr. 19 - 2019!
For this week of Apr. 2019 - from Fri. Apr. 12 - 2019 till Fri. Apr. 19 - 2019 - as our YouTube Video of the week - we chose a six minute video by a new website - "Mike Nificent" - titled - "Candace Owens TORCHES the Democrat Party in front of House Judiciary Committee!!!"
The video (uploaded on Apr. 09 - 2019) - have resonated with tons of smart people (not boasting or anything like that - mind you!) since it quickly garnered close to half a million of viewers' clicks in less than a day - with the comments running overwhelmingly in favor of Candace Owens - a young activist who is brave and speaks the truth on many social media platforms. We quoted a smart saying awhile ago - which we "borrowed" from Twitter - namely: "One does not need to defend the truth - we only need to free it - then it will defend itself and fight like a fearless and - powerful - Lion!"
There is no doubt that Candace Owens gets vilified - daily - by the Progressive Democrats, Misguided Liberals, Leftists, Socialists, Communists - who - lately - broadcast - freely - their propaganda from various U.S. and International social media platforms. Not that anybody with half of the "functioning" brain between their ears - believes them!

Our Choice of YouTube Vid of the Wk - "Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Green New Deal Rant!"
For the first week of Apr. 2019 - we chose as our YouTube Video of the Week - a funny, satirical three minute video uploaded by Ovation Eddie on March 31 - 2019 titled "Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Green New Deal Rant!" The video quickly garnered 16 thousand clicks with the viewers' comments - making fun of the "qualifications" of Ocasio-Cortez as a U.S. Congressional representative.
If the analogy could be made easily - according to tons of fully qualified experts - she is as fit to represent her constituents - as an advanced aged matron who only knows well her "social butterfly activities" - is ready to join the team of hard training supersonic jet fliers.
At any rate - the spring is finally here - even if it's a windy day today in my hilly neighborhood of this picturesquely mountainous - town. All of us will have a super good in every way - second week of April 2019. We shall meet here - a week from today - the same channel - the same place!
