Mamdami's Rent Freezes in NYC - Will Cost the New Yorkers' - Exorbitantly!

In a nutshell - the author points out - that 1 million subsidized NYC's apartments's - landlords - will not get permisstion for any yearly rent raises - (which are - customarily - low - anyway) - authorized by a NYC's - city council - which - unfortunately - to wit - has been a "rubber stamp" for Mamdami's Marxist political agenda that - hurts the New Yorkers - no doubt.
The author of the article which we are highligting - today - points out that if the landords can't raise the rents - even - minimally - they will not be able to perform any necessary maintenance - thus the rental properties will deteriorate so the the renters/New Yorkers - will suffer.
