For the first week of May 2018 - we picked a video uploaded by a lady who reads various press clips and comments on them. She goes by the name of Gotcha News Network and she uploads a lot of clips of political nature. Her videos are strongly pro current President's Donald Trump's Administration in Washington, D.C. and strongly against the left leaning, in love with Socialism - alarmingly propagating for Socialism - most of the American and international - news media outlets which - she claims - pretending to be impartial - in reality - most of them - strongly advocate for Socialism/Globalism/No Borders policies - so that "anybody" could to enter the U.S. and "transform it."
On Apr. 25 - 2018 she uploaded a funny, short video titled "Reporters' Jaws Drop Below Sea Levels After Lying Their Eyes on Melania". She commented on our First Lady's Melania Trump's beautiful, silver colored gown designed by a famous French designer Chanel which she wore during the formal state dinner in honor of France's President - Emmanuel Macron and the France's First Lady - the attractive, blond haired - Brigitte Macron.
The viewers' comments under the video were overwhelmingly in support of our First Lady - Melania Trump and her glorious garment she wore during the state dinner in honor of the France's president.
One of the viewers commented in the following manner: "Our current FLOTUS = Super Grace + Class. The former FLOTUS Michelle = Hateful + Spiteful Monkey." It is obvious that the gentleman is slightly biased in favor of our present First Lady - Melania Trump.
Anyway - all of us will have a happy first week of May 2018. The cool spring finally arrived in my hilly "turf" close to New York City. We shall meet again - next week - in the same place and at the same time.

YT Choice of the Video of the Wk for the 4th Wk of Apr. 2018 - "Julio Iglesias - Mano A Mano - Tango Lovers".
For the fourth Week of Apr. 2018 - we chose for a YT Video of the Week - a fabulous video uploaded by our friend - a sophisticated New Yorker - genia 106 - on Apr. 16 - 2018 titled "Julio Iglesias-Mano-A-Mano-Tango Lovers".
The music for this video which is an old Tango "Mano-A-Mano" sang by Julio Iglesias sounds heavenly but her visuals look super good. They simply sizzle, smoke, smolder - hot, hot, hot - beautifully matched. One could easily watch this video several times without getting tired of it at all.
Anyway - the spring is trying to arrive in my mountainous area close to New York City in terms of brave spring flowers and early spring bushes fighting through the snow which stubbornly refuses to go away. In spite of the spring being welcomed - I always have liked the snowflakes swishing around - even if it happens during the spring.

Our Choice for YT Vid of the Wk - 3rd Wk of Apr.2018 - "Mary Jo Kopechne's Cousin Reacts to 'Chappaquiddick' Film."
For the third week of Apr. 2018 we chose a video uploaded by Fox News on Apr. 06-2018 titled "Mary Jo Kopechne's Cousin Reacts to 'Chappaquiddick' Film," in which Fox News's first class lady commentator skillfully interviews a female cousin of Mary Jo Kopechne regarding her tragic death in July 1969 in a car driven by the late Massachussetts senator - Ted Kennedy. According to Ted Kennedy's official report of the events that night - as related to the friendly U.S. and International Press - who by and large - adored the Kennedys at that time - Senator Kennedy accidently drove his car with him and Mary Jo Kopechne inside - into the Lake Chappaquiddick by the Chappaquiddick Island - located close to the Kenndys' - huge Massachussets estate - Hyannisport. On their way from the party - late at night - since Mary Jo Kopechne has worked for the Kennedys brothers for quite a while - Ted and Mary Jo had a terrible accident with their car ending up at the bottom of the Lake Chappaquiddick. According to Ted - he got out of the car and left Mary Jo inside - then - his version of the events relates how he swam a long time to the shore but failed to notify the police for ten hours.
What subsequently came to light - was another version of what happened that night. The events happened differently that night as related by the diver who recovered Mary Jo Kopechne's body. According to the diver who also published a book about the incident which the Kennedys attempted to "squash" but the brave publisher - rose to the occassion of the free society - she suffocated over three or so hours after being trapped in the car with an air pocket inside the vehicle.
The opinion of the diver who recovered Mary Jo Kopechne's body - was that the car was sealed when it hit the bottom of the lake since the air pocket in it - was big enough to give Mary Jo Kopechne several hours to die from suffocation - as judged by the expert diver's theory who based his assumption upon viewing of the appearance of the corpse. However since the official autopsy was never performed due to the Kennedys' opposition to it - there is some room for speculation - even if it's a tiny, teeny "benefit of the doubt" in favor of the late, married Senator Kennedy.
In spite of all that - he - reportedly - continued - undeterred - to carry on with many beautiful women while - allegedly - on many occassions - acting in a degrading manner towards women - not like a gentleman at all - far from it - and that statement is extremely generous to his - alleged - behavior towards the ladies in which he freely engaged - even while in a company of many people who witnessed it. At any rate - the movie "Chappaquiddick" is fantastic with the public attendance warranting a much wider movie theatres' distribution; we strongly recommend it - everybody needs to go to see it - so it stays on the movie screens a long time - even if it raises as many questions as it answers.
We just heard another cockamany theory - no doubt advanced by Kennedys' Democratic followers - re: what happened that night at Chappaquiddick - so here it goes: the late Senator Kennedy was - allegedly - having some intimate "talks" with a wife of another prominent senator in his car during that fateful summer night in July 1969 - while Mary Jo Kopechne - purportedly - fell asleep in a back seat of his car after drinking at the party - thus they had no idea that she was sleeping in the back seat of his car after it dove into the Lake Chappaquiddick. That just doesn't make much sense - that they would not have noticed a woman sleeping on the back seat of the car - furthermore - the commotion which they would make - would - most likely - have awaken her.

Our Choice for YT Vid of the Wk for the 2nd Wk of Apr.2018 - "Fox News Stands Up for Laura Ingraham."
For the second week of Apr. 2018 we chose a Youtube Vid of the Week - "Fox News Stands up for Laura Ingraham" - uploaded by Conservative Storage on Apr. 03 - 2018.
The comentator for this video - Ben Shapiro - a young, brilliant lawyer with a huge following on YT makes a lot of convincing arguments in defense of Laura Ingraham - another super smart, brave and quick thinking lawyer whose show on Fox Network titled "Ingraham Angle" - has been attracting tons of loyal viewers. After she was attacked by David Hogg - a foul mouthed teenager - advocate for total gun control in the U.S. - some cowardly sponsors withdrew their sponsorship of her excellent show.
Lo and behold - tons of her loyal viewers - including yours truly who edits this column - quickly came to her defense in social media forums which "turned tables" on the cowardly few companies/sponsors who caved when the teenager/filthy loud mouth urged them to do so. Shame on them!

Our Choice of YT Vid of the Wk - The 1st Wk of Apr.2018 - "Media Luz Tango - Julio Iglesias."
For the 1st week of Apr. 2018 - we picked a charming video uploaded by genia106 - our witty New York City friend on Aug.12 - 2012 - titled "Media Luz Tango - Julio Iglesias". Iglesias had a tremendously successful disk of various Tangos published in 1995 which sold in the millions all over the world - titled "Tango" in which he masterfully performed most of the well-loved and popular Tango classics with no less excellent accompaniment of a top-notch Tango orchestra. After that colossal success - Julio Iglesias suffered a bout with skin cancer which he conquered but in the interim - his son - also a singer - Enrique Iglesias has become famous with a younger crowd of fans so the family tradition of the superstars - continues.
Actually, this video combines three very popular Tangos: "Media Luz" (Midnight)", "El Choclo (An Ear of Corn [Phallic symbol])" and "La Cumparsita (A Small Street Band)" - arguably - the most famous Tango in the world. Genia 106 picked a lot of terrific visuals/shots for various spirits of Tango - she presents.

Our Choice for YT Video of the Wk for the 4th Wk of March 2018 - "Gutfeld on Hillary's Catastrophic Speech in India."
For the last week of March 2018 - we chose a funny video/commentary posted on March 13 - 2018 by Fox News titled: "Gutfeld on Hillary's Catastrophic Speech in India". It's a funny commentary by Gutfeld - a gifted stand up political comediant/commentator - popular with Fox News viewers. He looks funny so he makes a good use of his unconventional features plus his material is delivered in an effective manner - most of the time.
The political comments of the rest of the Fox News commentators - are uneventful in this clip except for Juan Williams'es contribution which invariably provokes a lot of negative viewers' reactions; he is an African American Liberal voice - "a devil's advocate" - with an opposition opinion. In this clip as well as in most others - the majority of the viewers seem to strongly dislike his comments and his style. I know that he reads all the viewers' commentaries even if he denies doing that.
One time quite a while ago - Juan Williams dyed his black hair - reddish - since he is gray. The viewers immediately commented that he looks like an orangutan with that freshly dyed - red hair. The next day - Juan's hair was dyed back - black the way it was before. Unfortunately - most of the viewers' comments still ran - negative - the way a prevailing numbers of them do - most of the time. Maybe he needs to get a hint or something.
Anyway - all of us will all have a very excellent last week of March 2018 which surprized all of us here in the mountainous area of New York - with tons of snow instead of a nice first day of spring 2018. Fortunately - the light and puffy snow is melting very fast so tomorrow - nobody will be sliding down the hills. YT Video of the Wk for the 3rd Wk of March 2018 - "Antonio Banderas-Angelina Jolie-Original Sin-A Media Luz."
For the third week of March 2018 - we chose the following interesting video/Tango uploaded by Genia 106 - our sophisticated and funny New York friend: "Antonio Banderas-Angelina Jolie-Original Sin-A Media Luz" which she uploaded on March 11 - 2018.
The Tango "A Media Luz" (Midnight)" is a lovely classic - an enormously popular piece - still played all over the world - is "spliced" by Genia with the visuals/shots of Antonio Banderas and Angelina Jolie taken from the movie "Original Sin" which was popular twenty or so years - ago. Angelina Jolie was married at that time to Billy Joe Thornton - with that marriage not lasting more than several years - while Antonio Banderas just wed Melanie Griffin who gave birth to their daughter Stella - his only child with Melanie Griffith who has had several much older children from her previous marriage to Don Johnson.

However - Genia 106's video based a lot on the main stars' photos from the movie "The Original Sin" - is a lot of fun so enjoy it and - please - do not miss some interesting viewers' comments under it. You will find a familiar YT nickname among the funny comments - not boasting or anything like that - mind you.
